Field Collection / Recovery Executive – Loans

• Candidate should have min 1-2 years of experience in loan emi collection
• Min Qualification – SSC Passed
• Responsible for handling Two-Wheeler emi collection for the given area across buckets
• Minimum 10-12 Collection Visits to be done a Daily Basis
• ACR – 80-100 Accounts to be handled on a monthly basis
• Daily Run Rate on Collections need to be maintained as per the allocation given across buckets
• Ensure Collection Targets are Achieved across buckets as defined by the organization on time-to-time basis
• Responsible to handle multiple NBFC’s/Banks Collection Portfolio for the given region
• Will be working on commission structure as given in the Payout Structure
• Daily Feedback on Visits to be updated before 6pm on Daily Basis.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal
• Good speaking skills of Telugu, Hindi and English languages
