Preferred Education Qualification, Experience and Skill Sets:

• Graduation or post-graduation in accounting, commerce, or relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar roles
• Good at English Language
• Familiar with Quick Books Accounting Software or similar software
• Strong in Accounting Fundamentals
• Agile working style.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with Strong Microsoft Word knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a complex environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply learning quickly.
• Excellent team player
• Problem solving skills.
• Time management – organizing and prioritizing work
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria.

– Graduation or Post Graduations in accounting ,Commerce or relevant field

– Candidates who are pursuing professional courses like CA/CMA or any relavant need not apply.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities of the Role:

• Maintain day to day books of account.
• Posting Journal Entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of statutory payments working files
• Preparation of accounts payables/receivables outstanding/overdue list
• Reconciliation of statutory/govt. balances
• Verification and reconciliation of Accounts Payables
• Verification and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables
• Preparation of Profit and Loss Statements
• Preparation of Cashflow statements
• Preparation of Balance Sheet
• Preparation of MIS Reports
• Attaching supporting documents with respective vouchers
• Proper storage of client data and information
• Payroll processing
• Offer support and guidance during audits.
• Reporting to Client based in USA and the Manager in India
• Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Compensation:

• Salary is not a constraint for right candidates.

Work Timing:

• Office timing is general day shift.
• Monday to Friday – 10 AM to 6.30 PM
• Saturday – 10 AM to 1.30 PM
