Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services and products. Replying to customer emails. Follow up with customer and other departments to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints. Escalate unresolved customer requests to HOD/ seniors. Handling Facebook query and complaint. Sending order delivery confirmation emails seeking feedback regarding the purchase and packaging. Check Daily Mails, Call logs and ongoing issues.
